We are seeking teachers who pursue excellence in teaching, have high expectations, and who truly believe that all children can learn and be successful. Applicants should be committed to putting students first in their decision-making and provide purposeful and relevant learning experiences that cater for differentiated student learning needs as outlined in the WA Curriculum. We are looking for teachers who have a commitment to plan and engage in professional learning activities that support a whole school approach and systemic priorities. You will ideally deliver motivating and quality educational programs and believe that exemplary, evidence-based teaching practices lead to successful students and high standards of achievement.

Part of this role will involve using a range of assessment and reporting methods that show student achievement in relation to learning outcomes and commitment to plan and engage in professional learning activities that support school and systemic priorities. Suitable applicants should be highly motivated, energetic and possess the qualities to promote excellence, build effective teams, and implement innovative curriculum. You will ideally utilise effective behaviour management strategies to establish and maintain an organised, orderly and learning-focused classroom. Applicants who display experience in effective use of Classroom Management Strategies (CMS) and Trauma Informed Practices would be desirable.

We are seeking applicants who are confident in the application of digital technologies and its integration across the curriculum to enhance student outcomes. The learning environment you create should be engaging, challenging, caring, and cater for a range of needs which promote student achievement. At Woodlupine PS we are committed to creating a learning environment that produces well rounded citizens, developing students who are creative, responsible and curious citizens on which to build the future of this community. We are seeking teachers with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve the best educational outcomes for our students. These qualities underpin the professional and positive working relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community and build a strong relational culture.
