Morley Senior High School (SHS) are seeking a passionate teacher of Mathematics, with a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.The successful applicant should be able to display an excellent knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum, and experience in developing and delivering a broad spectrum of secondary Mathematics curriculum, and a wide range of teaching models. They should also be able to display the ability to differentiate the curriculum in an engaging and relevant manner. They will ideally be innovative and inclusive and be able to cultivate a safe and accountable learning environment for students of varying ability levels across Year 7 - 12. The ability to teach Mathematics Methods and Mathematics Specialist is highly desirable. Successful applicants should be highly proficient in motivating and engaging students and will be able to display the effective use of Information and communication technology in the teaching of Mathematics. The ability and willingness to teach in another learning area is desirable.We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative individual who is committed to working effectively as part of a team. Applicants will ideally possess excellent interpersonal skills and be relationship focused, as building positive relationships with students, staff and the community are important components of the role.
