Your new role
Scheduling appointments, maintaining client records
Varied administration tasks supporting partners / team
Opportunity for diary management, inbox management
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Assisting with invoicing, billing and basic tasks
ATO correspondence using software (AFFINITY)
Tax assessments
Proofreading documents
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
ATO / ASIC experience desirable
Proven experience with handling clients
A positive attitude, reliability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
