As part of our ongoing growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator/PA to join our Accounting Team based in Adelaide. You will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our SME team, as well as working directly with the team’s clients to provide quality service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Workflow Coordination
- Team Administrative Support
- Client Services Support
- ATO Administration
- Accounting Team Tax Administration
- Support of 2 Accounting Directors
This role requires a high desire to learn, grow and perform in a supportive and engaging culture. Initiative, creativity and energy are essential.
Ideally, you will possess demonstrable ability in dealing with high volumes of work, managing multiple deadlines and have highly developed interpersonal skills. Of particular importance is your attention to detail, your ability to manage confidential matters and communicate professionally with clients.
