Role:
- Support for the Managing Director, managing their calendar, emails, and phone calls.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide a variety of administration and business support.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Key Requirements:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a professional services environment.(not essential)
