Team Assistant

Our client is looking for a Team Assistant to join their pioneering technology company dedicated to advancing control, safety, and operator protection technology for press brakes and sheet metal machinery. Since 1998, they have cultivated strong partnerships with global press brake manufacturers, solidifying their leadership across Europe and expanding into key international marketWhat you'll be doing:

• Manage executive emails, calendars, and schedules, coordinate meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and organize meeting materials,agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
• Support project management activities by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries with exceptional client service
• Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops as required

What you'll need:

• Proven executive or Team Assistant experience, preferably in technology or manufacturing
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Client-facing skills to maintain excellent customer relations
