- Manage executive emails, calendars, and schedules, coordinate meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize meeting materials,agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
- Support project management activities by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure prompt handling of customer inquiries with exceptional client service
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops as required
- Proven executive or Team Assistant experience, preferably in technology or manufacturing
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Client-facing skills to maintain excellent customer relations
