About the opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Belmont, WA team as a CSA (Client Service Administrator) and PA (Personal Assistant) to directors, including responsibility for office maintenance. This role offers a stable and engaging work environment with flexible start and finish times or potentially a 9-day fortnight.
Within this position you’ll have the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Organise travel arrangements for directors
- Screen client calls and manage correspondence
- Coordinate and manage various office/facility maintenance tasks
- Plan and execute company events and functions on an ad hoc basis
- Liaise with clients and business partners on Will preparation and other legal matters
- Join us to be part of a team that values expertise, professionalism, and client satisfaction
- Taking charge of diverse administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly and seamlessly for the Agribusiness team as well as our overall Belmont Office facility
Previous experience in facility management and procurement of office furniture and supplies will be beneficial.
