About the Role
As the Team Assistant, you will work in a close-knit team of 25 staff members and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business services team.
Duties
- Maintain client files, prepare correspondence and documentation
- Manage correspondence and documentation for the ATO
- Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events and travel
- Prepare fees and client invoicing
- Support with induction activities for new staff members
Skills & Experience
- Background in administration support ideally within professional services environment
- High level of communications and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate systems and database knowledge
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise
