Your new company
Your new organisation is one of the well-known global banks. Their plush office is located in the CBD, Sydney. They are currently looking for an experienced Team Assistant/ Executive Assistant to provide support to their research team of 12 members alongside other Team Assistants.
Your new role
In your new role as a Legal Administrator your tasks and duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Diary management for the team, arranging meetings with internal colleagues and high-profile external clients, and co-ordinating travel itineraries
- Arrange meetings/appointments
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Reconciliation and processing of monthly AMEX statements
- Invoice management
- High level secretarial assistance, including typing of documents, emails and reports, photocopying, printing, and binding, preparation of client documents
- Screening and directing incoming telephone calls
- Drafting and preparation of correspondence and maintaining and updating records/databases
- Assisting all other assistants and their teams when required, e.g., covering assistants when on leave, helping with workload generally.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of providing administrative support to the team in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the financial services industry
- A high degree of proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
