Job Description
Based in the Canberra CBD office, this 12-month full time fixed term role presents you with a fantastic opportunity to utilise and further enhance your strong administration and interpersonal skills.
You will provide invaluable administrative support to the State Chief Executive as well as an industry leading team working within a driven, dynamic, and fast paced environment. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Diary and inbox management for the State Chief Executive.
- Document co-ordination, including typing, photocopying, and filing.
- Coordinating and participating in team meetings.
- Contract administration.
- CRM database management.
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for SCE, including agendas and email.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of reports, submissions, sales and marketing reports and other documentation to a high standard.
- Reconcile and action invoices, managing expense and credit card claims.
- Manage travel economically, ensuring cost effective airfares and ground transport are arranged.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
Qualifications
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Recent and relevant administration experience demonstrating skills in a similar transferrable role.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills.
- A motivated self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to team-based initiatives.
- A real estate or property background is highly regarded, but not necessary.
- High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
