Join an award Winning Superannuation fund to assist the Operations function in the day to day training , coaching and work-flow allocation.
In this newly created role you will be supporting the Team Manager in ensuring the operations team meets quality and compliance requirement / standards through providing comprehensive coaching and developing team members.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Customer Service professional to step into a coaching role, where the will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing the team with a focus on uplifting capability and enhancing Member experience.
Main Roles
Allocate resources according to work flow needs to ensure service standards are met daily
Complete resource planning for the Enjoy team for BAU and associated activities in collaboration with Manager
Day to day training and coaching of the fund administration function ,
Identifying skill gaps amongst the team, subsequently working with the Manager to provide support/ guidance and relevant training to uplift capability
Conduct regular Quality Assurance reviews in line with the QA framework and ensure actions arising from the reviews delivers consistently high standards of quality
Embed effective QA practices performance feedback, coaching and workshops) into the team resulting in a high performance focus
Experience required
Provide technical advice support to the team where needed
Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
Previous experience of coaching and mentoring teams
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify incidents and breaches
Previous experience within Financial Services , Ideally Superannuation
Capacity to work collaboratively and in a team environment
