We are seeking a passionate Team Leader to join our team in our Limestone Coast region. Commencing from 29 April 2024 on a Fixed-Term Full-Time contract initially for 6 months with the possibility to extend.
In this role, travel may be required to support regional services. Our successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly with an empathetic approach, address challenges, solve problems that may arise within the team when providing services to our clients, and model a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, mutual respect, and support.

You'll have:
- Certificate IV in Disability (Individual Support) or equivalent qualification
- Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining Senior First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
- NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination including booster or approved Medical Exemption
- Experience in leadership or staff management roles
