Role includes:
- 5-day working week

Responsibilities:
- Lead our team with a child-focused approach to excellence.
- Utilise high emotional intelligence to understand and meet the needs of families and staff.
- Manage and support a team of babysitters to ensure exceptional childcare services.
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold our standards.
- Work independently and efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Provide recent references reflecting your expertise in both childcare and Team Leadership.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in babysitting and leading teams.

- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, particularly during the snow season.
