We are seeking a diligent result driven Team Leader who is ready to make the next step within their career and help their team thrive to achieve excellent outcomes for EML within IfNSW.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Tweed office with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a portfolio of claims across your team of claims specialists and manage the workflow of claims from lodgement through to closure
- Ensure Claims Specialists are resourced to deliver the target customer experience
- Manage team workflow to ensure that the team are meeting performance and customer benchmark whilst Providing feedback and coaching to team members on their call quality and outputs
- Encouraging an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the team
- Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPI targets as set out under as part of the BU performance framework
ABOUT YOU
- You will have demonstrated elements of people management and leadership qualities within your role with Strong experience in personal injury claims management
- You will have a strong track record and success rate within your current position achieving business objectives
- Able to Develop and maintain a respectful, cooperative working team relationships to promote an integrated, seamless delivery of the target customer experience and service
- You will have a large centricity around Customer service with an empathetic result driven approach
- Confident ability to engage and influence others positively within your team and build team relationships
