We are seeking a Team Leader to join us in our Maitland Head Office, with the flexibility to work some days from home. We have embraced digital technology to support a seamless transition to hybrid or remote working, so the ideal candidate will have experience working with both on site and remote team members.

About You
Working closely with our other Team Leaders, SMSF Accounting and Client Relationship professionals, this role requires experience with:
- Management practices, procedures and performance systems/tools
- Coaching, training and development of team members
- Experience with the strategic and operational aspects of resource planning and management
- Implementing best practices and improved operating procedures to optimize operational performance and drive continuous improvement
- The management of on site and remote team members
- Experience within Financial Services preferred (SMSF or Superannuation desirable)
This position is available on a full-time basis and remuneration is flexible based on skills and experience.
