Your opportunity
Redland City Council Infrastructure and Operations team are in search of two dynamic Team Leaders capable of guiding their own compact team of operators. The Team Leader role entails overseeing both reactive and planned construction and maintenance services within water and wastewater reticulation and property connections. Your primary objectives include ensuring the completion of tasks with efficiency, maintaining high standards, and meeting deadlines.
You will have strong leadership capabilities across a wide variety of areas including Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental Protection and general operations. Experience in the delivery of construction and maintenance activities relevant to water and wastewater is essential.

- Demonstrates experience in the delivery of construction and maintenance activities relevant to water reticulation and property connections while meeting time, quality and cost restraints.

Eligibility
- Be available for site related operations over weekends, public holidays and other overtime work including participation in an after hours on call roster.
- Current LR class driver's licence, and willingness to obtain an MR license within a short time period
- Physical capability and willingness to work in confined spaces.
- To be eligible for employment, applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
