About the role
Embark on a rewarding journey as a Family Services Team Leader! Join our exceptional multidisciplinary team, where your leadership will shape the success of various impactful programs, including Aboriginal Family Preservation and Reunification Response, Restorations, and Intensive, and Family Services. Be the guiding force, supervising and supporting our dedicated caseworkers in delivering top-notch services.
In this influential role, you'll play a pivotal part in fostering culturally safe support, guidance, and mentoring for caseworkers. Your commitment extends to ensuring that every decision made prioritizes the best interests of the child, providing families with a service that is culturally relevant, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and holistic.
