Your opportunity to join us
In this role you will play a vital part in coaching and leading our morning shift in one of the Processing Teams at Osborne Park, whilst coordinating and executing various department functions. We are looking for inclusive leaders within our Primary Processing Plant, based at Osborne Park.
Daily Tasks:
- Are able to engage, motivate and lead teams
- Plan and organise the work team to meet production schedule
- Responsible for safety and processes are in place for the team
- Have in-depth knowledge of food safety and quality control
- Able to inspect products for conformity with standards
- Provide coaching to team members
- Address performance deficiencies
- Lead continuous improvement activities
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have excellent interpersonal ad communication skills
- Experience with leading and caring for teams, and are able to
- create a collaborative and positive working environment
- Ability to coach and develop others, and manage performance
- Passion about driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control
