Team Leader and Support Workers

Diva T Homecare are opening a new SIL House in Ballina.  The opening of the SIL will be mid to late February.

Our participant prefers male Support Workers and we are recruiting for a Team Leader and Support Workers to cover the following shifts:

Monday to Sunday

8am - 4pm

4pm - 10pm sleepover

6am - 8am

Diva T pays under the SCHADS award so a Support Worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support will receive the following casual pay rates:

Ordinary Day Rate - $40.26

Saturday Rate        - $56.37

Sunday Rate          - $72.47

Public Holiday        - $88.58

PM Rate                 - $44.29

Night Rate              - 46.51

Our participant is in his late 40s and would like male Support Workers who have interest in the following:

• Going to the Beach
• Car Racing
• Going to the movies
• Fishing
• Camping

Supports include

• Meal Prep
• Domestic Support
• Community Access
• Medication Prompts

To be considered for these roles you will need the following:

• Cert III Individual Support or its equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Card
• Blue Card
• First Aid
• CPR
• Queensland Driver Licence
• Comprehensive Car Insurance
• Full Australian Work Rights
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
