About the role
Overview: As the Partner Support Team Leader, you will lead the Partner Support Team (PST) to enhance sales and ensure a seamless experience for our business partners and brokers. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving the team towards meeting PassportCard’s service goals and fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the PST in delivering exceptional support, complementing our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive business growth.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all transactions and administrative duties comply with PassportCard protocols and legal standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize partner satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for complex issues and disputes.
- Mentor and develop team members, encouraging professional growth within PassportCard.
- Engage in leadership development programs and set a standard of excellence for the team.
- Monitor and achieve internal Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain a cohesive relationship with BDMs and colleagues across the group.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, acknowledge achievements, and provide constructive coaching.
- Manage PST schedules, ensuring adherence and addressing team attendance and retention.
What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership experience in a Contact Centre Sales/Service setting.
- A results-oriented mindset with a history of surpassing goals.
- Familiarity with insurance products, particularly within the Australian Travel insurance sector.
- Valued experience in insurance broking and claims management.
- Proficiency in Contact Centre Management Systems or equivalent database software.
- Exceptional coaching abilities and a talent for motivating staff.
- A strong commitment to customer service, sales, and stakeholder engagement.
- Outstanding communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry regulations.
- Solid decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Professional and empathetic approach to challenging situations.

- A degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
