The Oppor­tu­ni­ty
We seek a ASTC Team Leader Clean­er who will pro­vide high lev­el of day-to-day clean­ing ser­vices for Council’s Library, Civic Cen­ter Com­plex and Civic Cen­tre Pub­lic Toi­lets, devel­op­ment, co-ordi­na­tion and oper­a­tion of the ser­vice, includ­ing the super­vi­sion of staff.
Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include but not lim­it­ed to guar­an­tee the oper­a­tions of housekeeping/​cleaning ser­vices, demon­strate an abil­i­ty to estab­lish and main­tain effec­tive work­ing rela­tion­ships with all stake­hold­ers (inter­nal and exter­nal) and ensure excel­lent cus­tomer service.

Attrac­tive salary of $69,061.18 exclu­sive of super­an­nu­a­tion plus dis­trict allowance — $ 2611 w/​dependents, $1498 w/​o on pro-rata basis.
