The Role
Working in a established, supportive team Client Services provides a first point of contact to vulnerable people in our community. The Team Leader, Client Services provides high quality front-end practice management support, team collaboration and program development. We require someone to with strong administrative and leadership skills to provide a positive impact to the team and the Office.
A few specifics
- Oversee of the day-to-day operations of Client Services and administration staff in the Midland Office.
- Step in to support the Client Services / Reception staff as required
- Co-facilitate team meetings.
- Support the Program Manager and Executive Manager to ensure the objectives and outcomes of the agency are consistently achieved.
- Work effectively with stakeholders and service teams, along with subject matter experts to identify, develop and support new content and implement the review of existing content and resources.
- Ensure the office environment is maintained in a clean, organised and presentable manner at all times.

Selection Criteria
- Qualification in Business or equivalent and relevant experience in administration leadership role.
- A high level of verbal and written communication and reporting skills and advanced interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undertake responsibility for various client service activities, including client bookings, reception and data and file management when required.
