At NOSS Tasmania, we are all about partnering with people with disability to enrich their quality of life and achieve their dreams. We provide support, training and employment for people with a disability. NOSS is a northern Tasmanian not-for-profit association and a registered NDIS provider.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Team Leader will work with the Community Services Manager and leadership team to ensure clients flourish and achieve their goals.
Skills and experience
- Proven ability to lead and empower teams delivering high quality outcomes
- Experience in active support and person-centred planning
- Commitment to teamwork and excellence
Other Requirements
- Roadworthy vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination - two primary doses plus at least one booster shot.
