The Act, together with the Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations 2020 provide a Portable Long Service Benefits Scheme. About the roleThe
Team Leader Compliance and Enforcement will be pivotal in leading, managing, and mentoring a team of Compliance Officers and providing support directly to the Head of Operations. The
Team Leader will be essential in supporting a culture of collaboration, development and support within the Compliance team. Additionally, you'll lead
Compliance and Enforcement activities in accordance with the Act and regulations, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance in the overdue and inaccurate quarterly returns process. This is a 6-month fixed term position.
About youAs the
Team Leader,
Compliance and Enforcement, you will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills to supervise, support and develop team members and support partnerships with internal stakeholders and business units. You will possess demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to apply legislation, policy and procedure to resolve complex issues. The successful candidate will have excellent time management and adaptability to manage multiple priorities and ensure the teams tasks meet set deadlines.
