Salary commencing at $94,996 per annum (pro rata) plus 11% superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience
Monthly RDO available
The Opportunity
As an integral part of the Djerring Flemington Hub (The Hub), this position will see you providing leadership and guidance to the team relating to Customer Service and administration. Ensuring smooth daily operations, you will have a focus on customer experience to support The Hub in achieving its vision of being a new heart for the Flemington Community.
Responsibilities
Leading and supporting The Hub’s operations team to deliver excellent Customer Service.
Designing, developing and implementing systems and workflows to ensure operational outputs deliver quality services to the community.
Playing a lead role in championing teamwork, constructive culture and open communication.
Overseeing the administration of facility hire processes.
Overseeing the front of house, reception and daily operation of The Hub.
Responding to escalations regarding Customer Service and booking of events.
Skills & Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications with some relevant experience, or substantial demonstrated experience in venue management within a community, cultural facility, or similar.
Excellent skills in Customer Service and venue-related administration and procedures.
Ability to engage and work effectively with diverse communities, particularly people from public housing, refugee or recent migrant background and CALD communities.
Strong leadership skills in supervising, developing and motivating a team.
Ability to build a positive team culture that encourages respect, trust, cooperation and innovation.
