Started in 1990 Advantage Air is an Australian owned manufacturer of world leading ducted air conditioning and smart home control systems.
Advantage Air has a 15-person production division which includes Sheetmetal fabrication, air conditioning fittings assembly and insulating flexible duct.
We are looking for a TEAM LEADER to support the Production Manager. Previous experience is not required as you will be given on the job support and training.
We are looking for
- A natural leader
- Organisational skills and ability to handle a number of priorities at the same time
- Systems focused: able to develop and apply simple, clear systems and processes
- A desire for excellence.
