They are currently looking for a Team Leader to join the Financial Lines team of 4 innovative & experienced Account Executives!
Your new role
Effectively managing, maintaining and servicing a portfolio of key, high worth Financial Lines clients
You will be working closely with the CEO to ensure strategic growth to the team in achieved
Offer day to day leadership and support to the team
Identifying and suggesting suitable products, services and upgrades to clients
Managing service delivery across new business quoting, renewals and claims
Managing client and underwriter expectations and leveraging networks to obtain ideal outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
Australian Tier 1 accreditation
5+ years’ experience working within a Financial Lines Underwriting OR Broking team (As a lead) would be highly desirable
Put the client first - You will need to have the ability to build and utilise networks to our clients' advantage
Excellent Australian product knowledge, commercial awareness
Self-motivated and capable of working in a team or independently
Excellent all-round communication and analytical skills
