Salary Range: $95,746 - $109,072 (PN: 40734)
Working with Community Services Directorate (CSD) offers you the opportunity to directly contribute to supporting the Canberra Community. The Assurance, Review and Complaints team in Housing Assistance are looking for a Team Leader to join our team. As Team Leader you will be part of a dynamic, agile, and forward-thinking team responsible for a range of frontline and complaint service delivery duties.
We are looking for a motivated and skilled person with strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to set and achieve priorities, and oversee the work of the team to deliver business unit objectives and achieve positive outcomes for clients. Eligibility/Other requirements: Diploma in Social Housing or equivalent, e.g. social work, Psychology, Social welfare, Social Science or related discipline is desirable but not essential, as well proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
