As a Senior Personal Banker, you’ll act as an ANZ products initiator and role model within your team. You’ll also support the Branch Manager in delivering ANZ’s Retail Strategy and the day-to-day operations for the branch. 

You’ll deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers. You’ll also have to educate customers on easy ways to bank, providing a full range of professional offering expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals. 

Role Location: Clifford Gardens, shop 69, 98-124 Anzac Avenue, Toowoomba QLD 4350 (this role will provide relief to other branches within the district whenever needed)  Role Type: Permanent, full time role

• Leadership and Coaching Capabilities

• Role models a strong customer focus, preferably within retail Passionate, shows initiative, customer centric and retail-oriented

• Influential user and promoter of technology

• Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
