Lead a team of five payroll staff and coordinate a weekly payroll of 2,000 employees. This role will provide leadership, expert advice and guidance across the organisation.
The role will ensure all decisions and recommendations reflect the application of relevant agreements, awards, and legislations and have a key focus of process improvement and ability to work collaboratively with Information Technology Services and key stakeholders with the maintenance and upgrade of payroll and time sheeting systems.
You will monitor and reconcile payroll transactions to established guidelines and standards to maintain accuracy and integrity of data and report and analyse payroll, related HR and financial data to management and other key stakeholders, as required.
