- Using your strong leadership experience to manage a team of up to 8 claims advisors
- Coaching team members to improve claims performance and their technical skills
- Ensuring that clients are provided with the highest level of service
- Managing any complaints and addressing areas of improvement
- Setting clear measures for the team members and providing regular coaching and feedback
- Meeting clients face to face discussing SLA's and service performance, claims closure time, and measurements
- Manage team resourcing, workflow, and productivity, ensuring any potential delays are addressed
What you will bring to the role:
- Coming from a commercial or domestic claims role, you will have strong technical skills, with the ability to overcome any challenges that team members face
- The ability to manage a range of personalities and maintain the KPI's and SLA's for the team
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, proven experience of upskilling and getting the best out of individuals
- A confident manner, able to present information to clients in a professional format, in an articulate manner
- Technology savvy, used to reporting and compiling information
- Highly customer-centric, enjoying working with clients and ensuring good outcomes for them
- Experience in a TPA claims environment would be highly desirable
