About the role
As Team Leader, Property & Logistics leading a small yet passionate team, you will ensure exceptional standards of service to our stakeholders by effectively overseeing the management of Police Credit Union Property & assets, service contracts and coordination of maintenance services.
You will join a fun, supportive and collaborative leadership team, with a strong focus on driving employee engagement, member satisfaction and professional development.
We know that work/life balance is important, so this a permanent full-time position with the span of your working hours across Monday-Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am-5:30pm.

The Team Leader Property & Logistics will be responsible for:
- Managing the Police Credit Union's service contracts (e.g. cleaning contractors, air conditioning and other trade & maintenance services)
- Overseeing the effective maintenance of Police Credit Union buildings and equipment including the appropriate disposal and replacement of assets
- Coordinating refuse management (aggregating & disposal) and ensuring stock is maintained of all office consumables & cleaning materials and supplies
- Effectively managing, monitoring and prioritising internal workflow requests to enable you & your team to meet service standards as well as providing high quality service to internal customers
- Display thorough and supportive leadership to a team of 2, including ongoing training and development.
- Identifying efficiencies in operational processes to increase member engagement and fulfillment and contributing to key improvement focused projects
