Seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive program excellence, inspire innovation, and foster collaborative growth within our dedicated team.
The Role
The Team Leader role involves working closely with the Manager to support the achievement of Wellbeing Support Services program goals and objectives. Responsibilities include program design and implementation, recruitment, training, report writing, and auditing. The Team Leader assists in policy and procedure review or development and maintains positive relationships with key funders. They provide guidance, coordinate projects, and cultivate professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This position is funded on a fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2025.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field
- Proven experience in promoting and developing teamwork and an effective work environment
- Experience in development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to do some work outside of standard hours when required
- ability to travel between sites is when required
- Willingness to grey fleet your personal vehicle.
Desirable:
- Experience using Penelope electronic client management system
- Experience in a similar Team Leader role
