We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to join our team in Sydney.As a Team Leader at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain green spaces. Implement horticultural best practices for plant care. Collaborate with the Contract Manager to enhance site aesthetics. Conduct soft landscaping installations across a variety of sites and locations.Opportunity to showcase your skills as a landscape designer, creating your very own gardens.Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements. About You Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (desirable).Valid drivers' license.Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping. Team player with excellent communication skills.
