Your main focus? To foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, where team members are empowered to contribute their ideas and innovate. You will be a strong leader, mentoring your team to provide high-quality services in accordance with the NDIS scheme.  Duties  Provide clear and focused leadership to your multi-disciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Psychologists and Support Coordinators  Support your staff with professional supervision and will be a hands on Team Leader, who prioritises their staff and is available and approachable   Hold a small caseload of clients to ensure our clients in the local area receive the highest levels of service  Sit as an integral part of our Regional Management Team, with full support of your Manager and a buddy from our peer network to help you settle in and thrive! Our Benefits     We support people to live their best life.
