What will you do?

Management of one to three high-end residential strata buildings with the full suite of assets.

• Review, refine, scope, tender, renegotiate and manage the client's suite of preventative maintenance contracts.
• Have responsibility for all building assets including fire, hydraulic, lifts, mechanical, and recreational facilities, to ensure compliance, certifications, safety, and efficient asset operation.
• Manage day-to-day operations and reporting using MYBOS and work closely with a great Committee.
• Apply your knowledge of asset management, to deliver best practice operations for the building and its assets.

Ideally, you will have 

• 2-3 years’ experience in building and facilities management.
• Experience in handling issues involving cooling towers, electro-mechanical, pumps, fire systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Demonstrated capability in preparing scopes of works, reviewing contracts, running tenders, and contract management.
• Experience in the Strata industry.
• Trade qualifications would be well regarded but are not required.
