We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Account Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to join the ANZ team . The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of large customers, ensuring the delivery of technical project milestones, and contributing to the development of program strategies and plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical professional looking to gain experience in program management and further their career in the field of AI.
As a Technical Account Manager at H2O.ai, you will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the successful planning and delivery of complex technical programs. You need to have technical knowledge and understanding of how AI, Data platforms work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our technical initiatives align with our business objectives and are completed on time and in scope.
What You Will Do
  • Advise and recommend best practices, patterns in setting up an AI as a Service platform around H2O's products
  • Work with customers conducting POCs and Tech spikes to test and prove new innovations around AI and ML
  • Work with architects and solution designers in understanding their system constraints and come up with solutions using H2O's products to work around them
  • Provide support and planning in managing product installation, upgrades and patches for key strategic accounts including triaging urgent issues
  • Proactively contribute to product strategy, roadmap and drive initiatives within H2O and customers
  • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Identify and assess project risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address any technical issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the program.
What We Are Looking For * Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in for a ML/AI vendor or in consulting
  • Working knowledge of cloud architecture and experience in productionising ML/AI use cases and solutions with a strong focus on governance
  • Some experience in program/project management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with Python and Data Science concepts including Generative AI
  • The ideal candidate for this role should possess the ability to thrive and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • A general understanding of program management principles, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
