Evoca Australia are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual who will be focusing on technical after-sale support for our coffee and vending machine range.
The position would suit a fit, energetic, and mechanically minded person to complement our existing team.

About you – Skills and Expertise
Assisted by the Technical Manager, the successful applicant’s primary responsibilities include fostering strong customer relationships by delivering prompt and precise technical support. He will be involved in servicing and proficiently troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions along with detailed technical reports. Additionally, he will assist in managing spare part orders and providing training to our customers. Boons if he has previous technical and/or customer service experience/s. The applicant possesses excellent communication and analytical skills, coupled with self-motivation, problem-solving and results-oriented work approach.
Skills & knowledge:
- Mechanically minded with good understanding of electronic & electricity.
- Good understanding of water/steam hydraulic and able to read hydraulic diagram.
- Effective communication skills, both with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Responsible and well-organised, good at planning and prioritising.
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn new skills and concepts.
- Physical capability to lift heavy boxes and equipment is required.
- A restricted electrical license or a full NSW electrical license is preferred but not essential.
