- Daily Rate: $900 (including super)
We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst (Control-M) to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Control-M environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design, schedule, and monitor batch job and MFT workflows, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Additionally, the candidate will identify opportunities for automation and optimization, maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide training to team members and end-users.
MORE ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in configuring and maintaining Control-M environments.
- Strong understanding of job scheduling principles and batch processing workflows.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and issue resolution within Control-M environments.
- Experience with automation tools and optimization techniques.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Install and configure Control-M agents for optimal performance.
- Define job flows, calendars, and manage user access.
- Design, schedule, and monitor batch job workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand scheduling constraints.
- Proactively monitor for errors and performance issues.
- Troubleshoot failures and system errors promptly.
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
- Implement best practices for efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration.
- Ensure compliance with security standards.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of other integration tools/programs.
