YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical System Analyst for our Broker trading platforms team. We are off on an exciting journey and looking for a subject matter expert on a new low-code no-code SaaS platform. This role is for someone who loves to work on configuration but at the same time can wear a hat of a Technical BA.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: -

• Work with the SaaS vendor on understanding features of the technology
• Work as a System analyst, performing configurations/customisations on the platform; workflows etc
• Support the tech platform, working in incidents and requests.
• Understand the features/limitations of the platform and working with business counterparts on delivering features.

This is a permanent opportunity for a candidate based in Melbourne, Australia.
ABOUT YOU
You should be a great team player with following skills and experience: -

• Proven experience as a Technical or System analyst with expertise on SaaS platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer solutions to complex challenges.
• Working in Agile teams with Scrum experience
• Strong knowledge on Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Prior development experience is a big plus
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
