We seek a confident and well organised person for this full time role based at Mawsons Echuca technical office. This diverse role is part of a professional team responsible for ensuring the quality of all Mawsons concrete and quarry products.
Criteria
- Engineering degree or advance diploma in engineering, preferably Civil or a related discipline
- Graduate Engineers encouraged to apply.
- Civil construction, concrete or quarry industry experience (advantageous)
- Quality assurance procedures and records understanding
Duties
- Assist to co-ordinate internal and external concrete and geotechnical construction materials testing;
- Assist with annual product compliance testing for key product tender submissions;
- Support senior engineers to conduct tender reviews including understanding contract construction drawings and specifications;
- Remaining up-to-date with relevant federal and state standards;
- Support regional and site managers with product technical issues;
- Develop a sound knowledge of concrete mix designs and production
- Maintaining quality assurance records, including a central database;
- Establish a sound understanding of NATA testing guidelines & requirements of ISO17025.
