AddressKey Accountabilities
· Ensure a smooth transition to a new AD domain, defining decommissioning processes and functional/technical requirements with precision.
· Optimize current processes for the Azure environment, implementing solutions like DNS Private Resolver and Azure First.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to capture their needs, analyze them, and translate them into clear, workable technical specifications.
· Conduct a thorough assessment of the existing technical infrastructure and environment to identify Active Directory Domain Application requirements and migration pathways.
· Assess and document project requirements, crafting compelling Epics and Stories in Jira.
· Facilitate workshops and meetings with confidence, ensuring seamless communication and customer service for all stakeholders.
· Collect and analyze data to deliver insightful recommendations and support informed decision-making.
· Implement robust change management practices, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout of AD migration and Azure solutions.
To be successful, your CV must highlight much of the following:
· 4-6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
· Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Cloud environments.
· Proven success in managing large-scale Active Directory & Azure projects/programs.
· A knack for crafting compelling business requirement documentation.
· The confidence to run workshops and present complex findings with clarity.
· Any experience with Agile delivery, ITIL certifications, and BA certifications are a bonus.
