We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Connex, Assembler/Cobol/CICS in Mainframe, and/or experience in Merchants or Issuing domains to join our team.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements and business needs for the Connex platform, Assembler/Cobol/CICS in Mainframe, or the Merchants/Issuing domains, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical best practices.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Connex, Assembler/Cobol/CICS in Mainframe:
- Proficiency in technical requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation within the Connex or Assembler/Cobol/CICS in Mainframe environments.
Merchants or Issuing Domains:
- Experience in technical requirements gathering and analysis within the Merchants or Issuing domains, including knowledge of payment processing and card issuing systems.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on Connex, Assembler/Cobol/CICS in Mainframe, or experience in the Merchants or Issuing domains within the financial services industry.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the Connex platform, Assembler/Cobol/CICS in Mainframe, or the Merchants/Issuing domains.
- Ensure alignment of technical requirements with industry best practices and regulatory standards within the financial services industry.
Qualifications and Soft Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in technical requirements gathering and documentation within the financial services industry.
