The Opportunity

As an Technical Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions to optimize data flow and streamline business operations. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth transition of integration workloads to cloud platforms, leveraging your expertise in API development and Microsoft integration stack.

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide technical guidance for transitioning integration workloads to cloud platforms.
• Lead the architecture, design, and technical delivery of integration solutions.
• Collaborate with technology delivery teams to design and implement end-to-end integration solutions utilizing relevant technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Boomi.
• Design, develop, and manage APIs.
• Investigate and resolve application integration-related issues, providing second-level support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the business to enhance ERP functionality.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize corporate ERP systems interfaces and associated IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system interface logs and respond to alerts, escalating issues as necessary.

About You 

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Engineering.
• Strong experience in API development and Microsoft integration stack.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and transitioning integration workloads to cloud solutions.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in software development and IT projects.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in REST API, JSON, XML, SQL Databases, and cloud providers.
