Having experienced significant growth they are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to ensure they continue to deliver the high-quality outcomes their clients have come to expect.
The Technical Analyst would be responsible for engaging with product owners, project managers, the software development team, and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of new products to their clients.
ROLE
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with our project teams to develop crafted business solutions for a range of clients. You will contribute to solution architecture and the creation of user stories with project teams to ensure outcomes that are not just successful but crafted to the client’s exact specifications.

YOU
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile Environment.
- Experience in understanding client needs and converting them to high-quality and easily understandable functional requirements.
- Experience translating business requirements into clear, concise, testable, and accurate user stories and process flows in an Agile environment.
- Ability to identify requirement dependencies, issues, or risks through the analysis process
- Technical experience of knowledge of software development is essential for this role
- Experience in advanced pragmatic documentation such as data mapping, process modeling, and user stories
- Demonstrated experience and Qualifications in the Agile delivery method
- Ability to provide clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships
- Experience in Retail, Experience, and Web analytics preferably
- Essential story writing skills, Articulate, and a great communicator.
- Clear thinker and a strong problem solver who can communicate well.
- Would suit a scrum master who has real-world scrum experience.
