My client is a Government organisation who are currently undertaking an enterprise wide digital transformation with a specific focus on CRM and ticketing systems (transport, entertainment, events etc. - not service desk ticketing systems).As such they have a 12 month contract requirement for a Technical Business Analyst with specific experience working in this arena to come on board and offer their expertise to ensure the successful delivery of these platforms across the organisation.Technical Skills:
- Ability to produce clear system documentation for non technical audiences.
- Skilled in maintaining enterprise applications within a multifaceted service delivery setting.
- Practical knowledge of CRM systems integration (ticketing systems integration highly regarded).
- Aptitude for clear, precise communication in various formats.
- Craft and refine architectural plans and detailed technical specifications for a range of IT initiatives.
- Convert business needs into viable technical strategies, focusing on solutions that are efficient, expandable,
- and consistent with business directions.
- Choose suitable technology solutions, recommending software or hardware acquisitions and suggesting
- methods of system integration.
- Tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
- Comprehensive grasp of information systems' potential and limitations.
- Extensive background in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Proficient with MS SQL databases, querying tools, and understanding data relationships.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and time management skills.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience crafting system documentation accessible to non-technical users.
- Proven track record in supporting enterprise-level applications amid complex service delivery frameworks.
