BridgeClimb is a leading tourism experience in Sydney, and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our IT team.

Some of the things you’ll do include:
- Taking the lead in new system implementations
- Requirements gathering
- Designing IT process and assisting with business process development
- Solution design
- Contributing to the IT Security Roadmap
- Support of BridgeClimb’s ticketing platform
- Troubleshooting and resolution of IT problems.
Some important things we’re looking for are:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in supporting Business Critical Systems
- Exposure to project management methodologies
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Can-do attitude.
