This is a great role, in a lovely team for a candidate looking for long-term stability and able to work in the office full-time, 8:30am - 5pm.
Job Description
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the main duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering calls from clients about their repairs, install feedback, and troubleshooting product issues.
Responding to email queries from customers in a timely manner.
Directing customer to the repairs portal and scheduling a technician to assist on-site.
Empathising with customers surrounding errors or mistakes and promptly assisting them.
Maintaining and building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, daily.
General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
Our client is seeking a proven and dedicated Customer Service Officer (Aftersales) who has an excellent phone manner and has an ability to empathise with customers when they call in. You will have excellent communications skills and the ability to prioritise tasks correctly, actioning what is most important asap. You will be required to be in the office five-days per week and you will be provided an excellent training program.
