Job Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer accounts through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
Order Processing: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment while maintaining detailed records of transactions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively educate customers, recommend solutions, and cross-sell or upsell additional products.
Sales Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in generating leads, preparing quotes, and following up on sales opportunities.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information, including contact details, preferences, and purchase history.
Communication: Communicate product updates, promotions, and company policies clearly and effectively to customers, ensuring a consistent and cohesive message.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and achieve sales targets.
