Summary
We are seeking an experienced external Sales professional with outstanding Customer Service skills. Working with industry professionals, you will utilise your excellent Customer Service skills to resolve issues, answer queries, and provide suitable product solutions to clients
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts, developing ongoing relationship with stakeholders.
- Liaising with clients to ascertain product requirements.
- Selling leading industry hydraulic/pneumatic components.
- Utilising your product knowledge; you will assist clients to provide a product solution suitable to their application.
- Coordinating with the internal manufacturing/engineering services to meet customer needs, process and track customer orders.
- After sales support for hydraulic products and systems.
- Undertake commissioning activities of hydraulic and fluid conditioning systems.
To be successful you will need:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with mechanical trade qualification preferred.
- Be technically minded.
- A background in Hydraulics, pneumatic's or allied industrial products would be highly regarded.
- Prior experience in a sales or sales engineer role.
- Strong communication skills & excellent Customer Service attitude.
- A drive to achieve sales results.
- Highly motivated and able to work autonomously.
